The volumetric articulation of the new building is conceived as a unitary design within the lotus. The volume inserted in the center of the construction site area, conveys through its roof the memory of the typical military buildings of that typical locality.

The areas of external belonging to the north and south of the volume are “social accumulators” in which the community unites, dialogues and participates in interconnected activities with internal spaces.

The reading of the urban morphology of San Giovanni di Fassa is decisive for the identification of access to an area with strong differences both north and south. For example, it is decided to intervene according to the natural curve of the terrain.
